Ride London application form

Terms and conditions

1. We understand that it is important for you to start training and fundraising as early as possible. We therefore aim to notify all successful applicants within 3 working days. If your application is not immediately successful we will keep a reserve list and inform you if a place becomes available.

2. In order to secure a Carers UK guaranteed place in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 weask you to pledge to raise at least £700 (excluding Gift Aid) and pay an additional upfront non-refundable registration fee of £50* on being awarded a place. The £50registration fee is non-refundable if you do withdraw from the event for any reason. *The £50registration fee is NOT included in your final sponsorship target as it only covers the initial cost of your place.

3. When fundraising, participants must agree to act lawfully and follow the fundraising guidelines given by Carers UK staff. We ask that fundraisers do not do anything that may harm Carers UK's reputation or act in a manner contrary to our values.

4. If you wish to withdraw from the event for any reason, you must notify Carers UK immediately. It may be that we can re-allocate your place to someone on our waiting list. Any money raised will be retained as a donation towards Carers UK.

5. All correspondence regarding this application should be directed to Carers UK rather than the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 office.

6. Black listing: If you fail to raise the £700 fundraising pledge, Carers UK are asked to inform race organisers the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100. This may impact your chances of taking part in Ride London in the future.
