On Motion of Mr. Lagasse, Seconded by Mr. Young , the Following Resolution Was Offered

On motion of Mr. Lagasse, seconded by Mr. Young, the following resolution was offered:

RESOLUTION NO. 114442

A resolution granting permission to Dos Gringos Food & Spirits, represented by Mr. James Dominguez Jr., Owner, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, in the parking lot of Dos Gringos Food & Spirits, 1900 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA 70072, from 10:00AM until 10:00 PM; to sell and serve food, beer, liquor (Beer & Alcohol will be on the premises on 5/5/10); provided that all necessary permits have been obtained from the Department of Citizen’s Affairs, the Health Department, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office and the State of Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control Office.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Jefferson Parish Council of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, acting as governing authority of said Parish:

SECTION 1. That permission is hereby granted to Dos Gringos Food & Spirits, represented by Mr. James Dominguez Jr., Owner, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, in the parking lot of Dos Gringos Food & Spirits, 1900 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA 70072, from 10:00AM until 10:00 PM; to sell and serve food, beer, liquor (Beer & Alcohol will be on the premises on 5/5/10); provided that all necessary permits have been obtained from the Department of Citizen’s Affairs, the Health Department, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department and the State of Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control Office.

SECTION 2. That a copy of this resolution be mailed to Mr. James Dominguez Jr., 1900 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA 70072, the Department of Citizens’ Affairs, the Health Department and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

The resolution was declared to be adopted on this the 28th day of April, 2010.
