Primary Job Purpose
Assist the General Managers with daily administrative duties, cash handling, meeting preparation and minute taking.

Decision making authority and freedom to act

To assist General Managers to ensure base location is ready to operate each day, ensuring cash is securely reconciled.
Contribute to the delivery of the Corporate Plan.

Financial authority

To work within agreed budgets.
Not authorised to enter into any contracts or purchase without General Manager sign off.

Information systems

Shares and contributes knowledge at team meetings.
To ensure all information systems are operated in accordance with NMRN policy and strategy.

People management

Works with location based staff to ensure administration is completed efficiently.

Communication and relationships

Works closely with General Managers and Duty Managers to ensure the efficient operation of each location.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Subject / Mandatory
Knowledge / Competent working across a range of administrative tasks and operating Windows-based software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience / Previous experience working as an administrator.
Previous experience of cash handling and banking procedures.
