Previous minutes agreed as accurate.
3. / This was an open forum with no formal agenda. It was explained that minutes would be an over- view.
Items discussed included
JP raised her concern regarding the area that she lives in and the Anti –Social behaviour she feels is making her feel like she needs to move , she added that she actually feels better when she is away from
her property.
This raised a discussion within the forum about how we all feel about the areas and communities that we live in. This can have a big impact on your physical and mental health.
SC and LS added that you should always speak directly with your Housing Officer and they will be able to give you information on a diary log to log down any A.S.B .
The residents of St Mary’s raised that they find the windows let in a draft and that they lose a lot of heat because of this.
RK raised that she was disappointed that her application for a drive had not been approved.
HPY informed the forum that she had arranged for NWLDC to slab her patio and has paid for this at a more reasonable rate than getting a private builder. The forum showed a great interest in and LS said that she would look into the details of this and have the information available at the next forum.

LS handed out an Age Concern Magazine that she had collected from the Marlene Reid Centre.
