This agreement is between Pomme de Terre Golf Club and ______, a local business located at ______(address). This agreement is for the ______golf season. The Business 1400 membership at the PdT Golf Club permits the business member to use the facilities in accordance with the Business 1400 plan and any rules and regulations established by the PdT Golf Club. This membership does not provide the business member with an ownership interest, an assignment to an allocation pool or any other property interest in PdT Golf Club facilities or properties.
