Vendor Application Agreement & Event Details
Thank you for your interest in participating in our annual event intended to raise awareness about Tired Dog Rescue (TDR), a local 501c3 dog rescue. TDR is an organization that takes in severely neglected dogs,often times on the brink of dying and rehabilitate them. TDRprovides medical care, a loving foster home and training if needed,with the purpose to adopt them out to their forever homes. Thank you for your support in helping TDR continue to save lives!

Booth Set-Up Times –8:30am & ready by 10. Breakdown by 6PM (Vendors who wish to break down early to see the race can do so at 4:30 no sooner)
Event Time: 10am – 6pm for the public. Duck Race starts at 5:30
All booth vendors will be provided a 10’x10’ booth space. Each vendor is required to provide their own table, chairs, tent, umbrellas, sunscreen, and any other supplies needed for set-up. This is an outdoor event, please come prepared for all weather conditions. All vendors will need to check in prior to the event booth set-up at the event entrance with a Tired Dog Rescue representative to receive your vendor packet and booth #.
The Tired Dog Rescue Duck Derby will take place RAIN or SHINE! TDR understand if the weather is unsafe for vendors and animals. Vendor fees are non- refundable due to weather outside of our control. In case of severe weather the event will take place Saturday, May 12 at same time.
Due to our location sponsor Gulf Islands Waterpark, we are not allowing any food or drinkvendors. These items are not allowed to be sold or given away from your booth.
The Waterpark has an indoor bathroom and food vendor on site. We will attempt to get an ATM machine on site.
Tired Dog Rescue is not responsible for set-up or break down of vendor booths.TDR is not responsible for any theft or damage to your property.
If you have live animals at your booth, they will be required to be up to date on their vaccinations, wearing collars (with ID tags) and leashed at all times unless you have them crated. You are required to carry insurance on your organization and any live animals you may bring. This is for the safety of all involved.
All vendor booths are first come first serve based on when your paid vendor application is received, excluding non-profits. Vendor application fees are non-refundable for no shows. No shows will be subject to not being considered for future Tired Dog Rescue events.
