MEETING DATES: Leadership and Curriculum Team 1st Monday of the Month
Safe Schools Facility/Crisis Team 2nd Monday of the Month
Positive Behavior Support and All Other Committees; to include LSIC3rd Monday of the Month
Faculty Senate and/or Faculty Meeting4th Monday of the Month
All members are required to attend, and a Committee Chairperson shall be elected. Agenda, Sign-In Form, and Notes shall be forwarded to the Principal by the Friday of the meeting date.

LEADERSHIP TEAM
TO oversee all elements imparting Stakeholders, Policies, Procedures, and Committee elements within WV Policy.
CURRICULUM TEAM
TO provide expertise to assist with any and all elements in curriculum, assessments, interventions, and support services to provide effective and quality instruction under WV Policy. Duties would include analysis, feedback, and suggestions for effective curriculum and assessments, timeline and pacing, lesson plan and walk-through formats, observation protocol/goal setting/evidence, and effective usage within Title I and Special Education elements.
SAFE SCHOOLS FACILITY/CRISIS TEAM
TO ensure all Rules, Policies, and Procedures within the schools Emergency Procedures Plan are current and within WV Policy, effective, practiced, and effective for the facility to ensure the safety of all students and staff. Areas include; Fire Drill Evacuation, Lock Down Drills, Bomb Threat Procedures, Severe Weather Procedures, Medical Emergencies, and/or any other threat posed within our school. Monthly inspections should be conducted of all facilities; building, walking trail, playground, athletic field, etc. to ensure no hazards are present and to provide effective inspection and reporting.
POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORT
TO implement, reward, intervene, and enforce all elements within the WV Positive Climate RESPECT and PROTECT Program; as set forth under WV Policy 4373 Expected Behavior in Safe and Supportive Schools. This includes recommendations within WV Policy, Educator’s Handbook, WVEIS, etc.
HOSPITALITY
TO facilitate faculty and staff events; to include, Holiday celebrations, Flower Fund, and Stakeholder events that require responses from the school. All activities and funds shall be within WV Policy.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
TO utilize tools such as technology, media, school events to promote our school and provide effective data to illustrate the positive events and student successes each day. Coordination within teacher newsletters, MVS newsletter, Monroe Watchman, etc. is crucial and monthly promotions are required.
FINANCE/BUDGET
TO review, provide accountability, and ensure effective budgeting suggestions to effectively manage and provide support for student learning under WV Policy. Funds include the SCHOOL ACCOUNT; Faculty Senate, LSIC, Step 7, PTO, Athletics, and all other funds within the subcategories of the SCHOOL ACCOUNT. All Fundraising activities shall fall under the approval of the Finance/Budget Committee.
TECHNOLOGY
TO provide information updates, assistance, and coordination within all other Committees and the use of Technology. Work effectively with TIS and Title I to manage, inventory, and provide technology equipment within classrooms. To assist with coordinating WV Policy and state directives within assessments and tools for effective classroom “best practices”. Coordinate with the Public Relations Committee to effectively promote our school and County Technology Coordinator to provide school website updates.
