The 2014–15 Annual Career and Technical Education Student Enrollment File for Middle and High School will be generated using the Comprehensive Education Data and Research System (CEDARS). The Annual CTE Student Enrollment File (P210 Voc) will be used to generate the district’s Perkins local performance indicators as outlined in the Perkins IV Act.
Data filesareavailable for preview in the Annual CTE student Enrollment File (P210 Voc) application via the Education Data System (EDS). The application became

available for edits on September 22. Enrollment submitted through CEDARS will be updated nightly within the Annual CTE Student Enrollment File (P210 Voc) system until it closes on November 13.
A user guide, located within the Adjusted Cohort Graduation Application (P210) and the Annual CTE Student Enrollment File (P210 Voc) application, provides instructions and guidance on reviewing, updating, and approving the annual data collection for both reports.
The deadline to finalize and lock your data is 5p.m., November 13.
