Chebeague Pre-K News - February 8, 2008

Tuesday the children were learning first hand about dairy products and fats. They shook their whipping cream into butter with Sally’s encouragement. We spread the butter onto crackers at snack time. Tuesday Sam helped out with sandpaper letters and then Jenny joined us to travel to the Island Commons where we shared some songs and dance and played Go Fish with the residents. Thursday’s snow kept us all home but we still managed to learn enough about China do some New Year celebrating on Friday.
