How to use the New P&S Website in place of Alpha.- this is for the Report Writers to use in place of the Alpha Software.

1. Login Page: http://207.47.90.146:8080/ps/signon.a5w (Save this to your Bookmark Bar for ease of access)

Login: (Matt will supply)

Password:

2. Select “PA Log” which will take you to a list of cases that are assigned to you.

3. Select the case by selecting the blue “Acct. No”. Button to the left of the patient’s name. This will take you to the Patient screen.

4. We made the Patient Information screen as close as possible to the one you use in Alpha. It functions in much the same way. There are a few differences do to the fact that this is a webpage and the one in Alpha is a desktop application. I will outline the steps below.

a.  Transfer the Medical Records to your computer by selecting the blue “Medical Records” Button and then LEFT Click on the All_Files_For….zip file and it will download to your computer

You will see the above screen. We bundled all the records into a zip folder. Only select the .zip.

LEFT Click the .zip and it will be downloaded to you computer. You can then open and print.

You can set the downloaded file to always auto open by selecting the arrow to the right of the downloaded file.

*You can also set Chrome to Download the records to a specific folder.

1. Create a Folder Called P&S WEB MED RECS

2. You can find detailed instructions here: (call Matt if you need help) https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95574?hl=en

4. Use the "Same Claim No" Button for each case unless you cannot find reports that you know are in the system. Use the "Same Patient" Button if the "Same Claim No" is not finding what you need. In just about every case, the "Same Claim No" Button will get you what you need

5. You can now complete the report.

6. In this step you will post your report to Web Alpha.

a.  Select the “Edit Notes” Button to paste your report

b.  After selecting “Edit Notes” a window will open for you to paste your report.

c.  Paste your report and select “Continue”. You will be taken back to the “Patient Information” Screen.

d.  Next you need to add your “PA Min” and then finally “Save and Mark as Reviewed by PA”

e.  Select the “PA Min” Button (a screen will open and enter your minutes and select “Continue”)

f.  Select “Save and Mark as Reviewed by PA”. You will be taken to the final step:

7. Select “OK” at which time you will be taken back to the Patient Screen.

8. Click the “PA Log” Button and do the whole thing over again or click home and then “Exit”
