2000 – 2001. Vice President, Business Operations, Professional Internet Group. WebMD Corporation. Managed all operations for group relaunching WebMD physician portal and integrating it with practice management software.

1999 – 2000. Vice President and Special Counsel. CareInsite, Inc. Managed all licensing and intellectual property matters for publicly traded Internet healthcare company and its parent (Medical Manager Corporation). Licensed content and contracted to create healthcare transaction portal.

1998-1999. General Manager, Physician’s Online Network. Responsible for all operations of Internet online service with 15,000 daily physician users. Lead 70-person organization including all sales, marketing, editorial and finance functions, as well as transactional responsibility for additional investment and business joint ventures.

1996-1998. Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Managed all legal and external relations for venture-capital funded, 100-employee company providing an online information service to physicians.
