APPOINTMENT SYSTEM – HOW DOES THIS WORK?

As part of our annual survey we asked patients if they understood the difference between bookable and pre-bookable appointments. 22% of Cannock patients and 29% of Burntwood patients did not understand the appointment system.

We continue to offer 30% pre-bookable appointments which are available upto 4 weeks in advance for each GP, and the other 70% of appointments are bookable on the day, meaning that these appointments are released at 8.00am each morning.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

There were 96 missed 15 minute appointments in December at the Cannock surgery and 42 15 minute appointments at the Burntwood surgery.

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANT KEEP THEM!
