ATHLETICS

Commonly asked questions and answers:

What do I need to do to tryout out for a sport?
You must have a completed KISD athletic participation packet on file with the coaches. This includes a physical completed by a doctor, a Consent to Treat form and other UIL forms that must be signed by both Parent and Student. Without all this information on file, you will not be permitted to try out for sport.

Do I have to have all of those forms to be in an athletic class period?
