Should your company require the use of a meeting room at any one of the hotels within our room block during SNA's 59th Annual National Conference, please complete this form. Providing your email address is mandatory. Room assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Companies will be notified as soon as we get a room and will be given specific instructions on how to follow-up and finalize meeting details with appropriate hotel personnel at that time. THANK YOU.

SNA Meeting Room Request Rules & Guidelines (by filling out this form you agree to these rules & guidelines)

•Auxiliary functions may not be scheduled during any official SNA functions.

•SNA will then contact the hotel to give permission to release the requested meeting space.

•The hotel will then contact you directly to make the necessary arrangements. A meeting room rental fee may or may not be charged depending on the individual property.

•You will be responsible for providing all meeting room, food & beverage and AV requirements to the hotel and all expenses incurred on-site.
