PONY CLUB Branch and Centre Members are invited to participate as Individuals or Teams

RIDE will be a course of Show Jumps to include a slip rail, (no slip rail in classes 1 & 2).
Held on Saturday 14th October at Highbrook Stables, Liss Place, Hawkley Road, West Liss,

SHOOT, RUN & SWIM to be held on Sunday 15th October at :

Mixed teams of 3 or 4 competitors.
Minimum of 6 entries required to run each class
Minimum age of 8 yrs on day of competition to compete in shoot phase
All competitors (except class 6) must be a member of the Pony Club
RIDE: Class 1 xc poles only
Assistance and encouragment from within the ring will be allowed but for safety reasons you cannot lead your child over the fence.
Class 2 45 to 60 cms
Encouragment from within the ring will be allowed but no assistance.
Class 3 & 6 70 to 80cms
Class 4 90 cms
Class 5 1 metre
Please note that the riding will start at 10am with the 1m class working backwards down the heights. Riding Times will be allocated.
SWIM: Classes 4,5 & 10 3 minutes
Classes 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 & 9 2 minutes
SHOOT: Classes 2 & 8 Static targets, two handed from 7m
Classes 3 9 Turning targets, two handed from 7m
Classes 4 & 10 Turning targets, one handed from 7m
Class 5 & 6 Turning targets, one handed from 10m
Class 1 & 7 Beanbag targets, one handed from 10m
RUN: Class 5 2000m for boys, 1500m for girls
Classes 4 & 10 1500m
Classes 2, 3, 6, 8 & 9 1000m
Class 1 & 7 500m
Objections : Queries must be lodged by team managers only and within 30 minutes after the final results have been posted, accompanied by a deposit of £25 which is forfeited unless the Jury of Appeal decides that there were good and reasonable grounds for the objection.

**The Pony Club has a code of conduct for it’s members and their families. If any competitor or their connections behave in a rude or aggressive manner (including but not limited to: misuse of the whip or spurs, swearing, physical or verbal abuse of stewards or helpers) this will incur elimination of the competitor AND their whole team.**
Food: Full catering facilities will be available.
Dogs: Sorry but no dogs allowed at Churchers School or Highbrook Stables.

To be run according to P.C. Tetrathlon Rules 2017, please familiarise yourselves with these rules.
Guns:
All guns are to be kept in a locked car boot other than at the shooting centre. All guns must be kept in their cases AT ALL TIMES and only to be carried by persons over 18yrs of age. Guns may ONLY be taken out to place on the shoot table when instructed to do so by the Shoot Steward. Loaders where required must be over 18 years.
Please note that fibre optic sights are not permissable under PC rules and must be removed or blacked out prior to competing, there will be a gun check at the shooting centre.
Swimming :
Please specify on the entry form if you require an outside lane.
According to the rules Classes 1 & 7 are allowed to use a buoyancy aid only.

Application for entry to this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Awards :
The first eight individuals in each class.
The first 4 teams in each class.
Best shoot, swim and run in each class
The organisers reserve the right to alter the number of awards made depending on class entries.
Entry Fees:
The fee includes life guard cover during the swimming phase.
Entry fee - £28.00 per competitor for competing in the Tetrathlon
£25.00 per any siblings competing in the Tetrathlon
£18.00 per competitor competing in the Triathlon
£15.00 for any siblings competing in the Triathlon
£28.00 per Team for Class 6
