Duration:

Overnight camp / : / 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.(the next day). Users must check out their rooms before 2:00 p.m. and put the bed-sheets and pillow-cases into the laundry basket. The Conference Room and Chapel can be used till 4:00 p.m.

Charges on extension of use of the Conference room & Chapel：$60 per hour.

Any extension should be pre-arranged and paid in advance. (Extension is not encouraged).

Charges on additional meals：$60 per head for each additional meal irrespective of age.

Accommodations : A group of 15 to 46 persons.(weekdays), 25 to 46 persons (Saturday, Sunday &

Public Holiday)

Facilities :

1. Air-conditioning ：

a.  Common Rooms: No fee for Conference Rooms, Chapel and Dining Room. For energy saving, guests should always switch off the air-conditioner when leaving the room.

b.  Guest Rooms: During April to November, free air-conditioning is provided from 9:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. of the next day. An additional fee will be charged, at a daily rate of $30 per room (irrespective of time) that is, for overnight camp-users, an extra charge of $60 have to be paid for a 24-hours air-conditioned room.

2. Audio-visual equipment：

a.  Audio-visual equipment (DVD player, projector, and portable CD player) are provided free of charge.

b.  The user should be responsible for the compensation in accordance with the replacement cost should there be any damages to the provided equipment.
