Note: If you have a float or are performing , there will be someone standing beside the TV camera who will motion you to pause and when to proceed.
· Entries must be submitted by Friday, November 18, 4:00 p.m. at Kingston Community Center. Line-up begins at 5:30 p.m.at Roane County High School on Cumberland Street. At that time, you will be assisted by a parade volunteer.
. NO Santa Clause duplicates. The ‘real Santa’ will be riding at the end of the parade on the Fire Truck
· PLEASE, only ONE vehicle per entry for large trucks – FIRE OR COMMERCIAL
DO NOT throw candy in the direction of the TV camera, and only on the ground to the crowd, NOT AT THE CROWD.
· HORSES entering the Kingston Parade are required to wear diapers to be in the ‘body’ of the parade. If not, the horses will be at the very end of the parade.
SIGNS: Please place your signs on the driver’s side of your vehicle where they will be seen by the TV announcers and cameras!
