Schedule Features For Officials

On theScheduletab, there are three tools you can use to further manage your assignments. You can print out a copy of your assignments, export your schedule to Microsoft Outlook, and view a report your declined and turned-back assignments.

Printing Your Schedule

If you want to print out a paper-copy of your schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to ArbiterSports as an official, and click on theSchedule
  2. In the upper left corner of the page, there is a menu panel titled “Reports.” Click on theSchedulelink to access the Schedule Report.
  3. Select a date range for the games that you wish to print off.
  4. Select a file format for the schedule that you wish to create. The available formats are PDF, Excel Worksheet, Word, Plain Text File, HTML Web Page, and TIF.
  5. Click thePrint PreviewMake sure that you have disabled any pop-up blocker on your internet browser.
  6. ArbiterSports will create a file, which you can save to your computer and print out at your leisure.

Exporting Your Schedule Outlook

You can sync your schedule with Microsoft Outlook to add your games to your calendar and create reminders.ArbiterSports can create a .csv file which you can use to import the games to your Outlook account.

  1. Sign in to ArbiterSports as an official, and click on theSchedule
  2. In the upper-left corner of the page, click on theOutlook Exportlink in the “Reports” menu panel.
  3. Select a date range for the games you wish to import.
  4. To create reminders, check theReminderbox, and use the drop-down menu to select how far in advance you would like to receive the reminder.
  5. Click onExport. Make sure that you have disabled any pop-up blocker on your internet browser. Your browser will then download the .csv to your computer.

Viewing Your Declined Games

You can view a report of all the games that you have declined, using the following steps:

  1. Sign in to ArbiterSports as an official, and click on theSchedule
  2. In the upper-left corner of the page, click on theDeclined Gameslink in the “Reports” menu panel.
  3. By default, the Declined Games page will only display your declined games from the previous week. To change this information, click on theFilterlink in the upper-left corner of the page, and update the filter as needed.
  4. Date of Game– Use the drop-down menu to determine if the date applies to the date of the game, or a specific date range. Type in the date(s) in the box on the left.
  5. Site– The location where the game was played
  6. Home Team- The home team that was scheduled for that assignment.
  7. Away Team- The away team that was scheduled for that assignment.
  8. Position- The position that you were originally assigned for. (Ex: Home Plate or Base)
  9. Game ID- The game number for the assignment you declined. Use the drop-down menu to determine the search value for the game ID (i.e., Equal To, Smaller Than, Greater Than, Between).
  10. Distance– Determines the travel distance from your starting postal code and the site of the game.
  11. Declined On– Searches for the day you declined a game. Use the drop-down menu to determine the search value for the date (i.e., On, Before, After, Between).
  12. Declined by Last Name- Your last name
  13. Decline by First Name- Your first name
  14. When you have finished building your filter, clickGet Resultsat the bottom of the page.

Arbiter will then return you to the Declined Games page, and which will now contain the results of your filter search. To print a copy of the report, clickPrint Preview. Arbiter will create PDF document of the report. Make sure that you have disabled any pop-up blocker on your internet browser.
