After sending your registration form you will receive a confirmation of your ordered services (fee, hotel, etc.) within 1-4 working days. In the case you need a proforma invoice fill in all necessary invoice details in the registration form as well.
You should pay according to your confirmation as soon as possible. The deadline for early registration and payments is on June 15, 2012.
Do not pay for your hotel reservation before you receive the confirmation by ICARIS.
Visa requirements
Foreign nationals require a valid passport or other identification document to enter Germany. The passport must be valid for at least another four months after entry into Germany or the Schengen area. For citizens of EU countries a valid identity card is sufficient. Children must be included in their parent's passport or carry their own children's passport. Citizens of certain countries require a visa to enter Germany. The German Embassy can provide detailed information.
The Conference Secretariat assists the delegates by processing the official letter confirming their registration for the conference. These letters do not commit the Local Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Icaris/Organising Committee is not responsible for any procedures with the Alien Police.
