GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

CONGRATULATIONS to the Boys Hockey Team on their State runner up finish this past weekend. A great season for the entire team, coaches and school.

There will be a job fair at Lake State in the Cisler Center tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12th from 4 – 6:30. Bring your resume, a smile and dress to impress. Come early. There will be more than 40 employers available to interview with. See you there.

Granite applications are still being accepted. The deadline for submission has been extended until tomorrow. Anyone interested in applying should see Mrs. Blair in the Guidance Office.

ATTENTION NATIVE AMERICAN SENIORS: Senior Bio Sheets need to be completed for the Senior Booklet. Please stop by and pick up a form from Mrs. Blair in the Guidance Office.

There will be a football meeting at 2:45 in the Strahl Theater tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12th for anyone interested in playing JV or Varsity football next year.

Varsity softball practice begins at 4:45 p.m. today in the high school gym. Freshmen and sophomore pitchers and catchers are also to report Monday. JV tryouts begin Tuesday at 4:45.

JV and Varsity Baseball tryouts are today @ 6:45 in the Gym/Balcony. You must have a physical on file in order to tryout.

Herff Jones will be here on Tuesday, March 19th from 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., for Graduation order pick up.

Sault Education Association will be awarding two $1000 scholarships to seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0. To apply for the scholarship, you must fill out the application which can be accessed on Mrs. Hammock’s school website and submit your application to Mrs. Hammock with a non-teacher letter of recommendation by March 19, 2013 at 3pm.
