Please enclose (as detailed in the guidelines)Script (up to 30 minutes in length. For fiction projects, please send a script draft - no outlines or treatments. Animations may send a storyboard, documentaries should send a detailed ‘scriptment’ outlining as far as possible how it is envisaged the story will unfold. Scripts must be in industry standard format, e.g. Final Draft - as PDF or Word doc. Electronic copies only. We cannot accept hard copies except by prior agreement with the Talent NETWORK Manager)

Personal Statement from the key Welsh talent (Writer, Director and/or Producer) to include:
- The stage you are at currently in your professional career and your feature film ambitions.
- The reasons how and why you would benefit from a Beacons Short Film award.
- The creative vision for your project and how you intend to render that vision on screen.
- Style/genre/tone. You might wish to mention filmmakers who inspire you, themes you want to explore. What makes this story original and compelling?
Producers should attach a budget detailing the funding required. (See attached budget template). We are keen to encourage filmmakers from diverse backgrounds. To that end we invite applicants to budget appropriately for hardship and/or access costs to overcome possible diversity barriers.
