3.0Program–Note
- Ferris Wheel – operator did not set-up due to uncertain weather condition & OHS issue.
- Police Dog Unit – gave assurances for a dog unit display and talks on community policing including drugs topic, but did not arrive
- Live Band – confirmed until last minute cancellation, & replacement bands were expensive.
- Portable Toilets– x 2 booked but not delivered
- Delay on Saturday – due to late start/arrival of people.

5.0School Fundraising
The date for the school fundraising is now scheduled for 5 - 6 November, 2010, which falls on the Diwali long weekend public holiday.
Event: St John Bosco Carnival
In aid of School Capital Development: Cementing of School Front & upgrading School Facilities (Fencing, Water Tanks).
Target: $5,000 per House Colour:
Red = St George: Yellow = St Joan of Arc: Green = St Patrick: Blue = St John Bosco.
Theme: “Celebrating God’s Gifts, with our Children”

- Each of the four Parish Sectors will support the school house colours as follows:
Sector1 – RED Sector 2 – YELLOW Sector 3 – GREEN Sector 4 – BLUE
- All Houses requested to give in money raised so far to be banked in School account and Houses’ progress chart to be displayed on school notice board.
- Entertainment items is open for participation by any Class, Group or Areas. Fun and Games programs planned for the children including, students with talents in singing, playing guitar etc to take the stage, apart from bouncing castle, and student (Class 8) to speak on “Memories of SJB” while a Class 1or2 student will speak on his/hervision of SJB when he/she reaches Class 8.
- Prizes organized will be crown for the queen, Shield for the Winning House, plus other Special Prizes for Stall, entertainments, tbc.
