Dear Parents,
We hope this letter finds you and your families enjoying this wonderful summer season! As many of you know, it’s about that time of the year to start planning for the 2012-2013 school year. Many of you have already taken care of the first major steps by completing either new enrollment forms or re-enrollment forms. The next step is to attend one of our four upcoming MANDATORYorientation sessions.
This summer we will be hosting four orientation sessions between two dates. You are only required to attend ONE of the listed sessions. The orientation session schedule will be:
Session 1: Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Session 2: Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 6:00 P.M.
Session 3: Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Session 4: Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 6:00 P.M.
During these sessions, we will:
- Discuss cultural and academic expectations for the upcoming school year;
- Discuss purchasing procedures for school uniforms;
- Distribute lunch applications (determining Free or Reduced pricing for meals);
- Distribute additional bus ridership applications (limited number of seats remain);
- Distribute additional paperwork to complete enrollment.
As an added bonus, our uniform vendor will be at the school selling uniforms during two of our orientation sessions. They will be available Tuesday, August 7 at 5:30 P.M. and Wednesday, August 8 at 9:30 A.M.
