In covenanting together, we affirm that Jesus Christ is Lord. We gratefully acknowledge him as our Lord and accept his teaching as the way to live. We recognize the importance of:
· Regular Bible study, worship with others, and prayer as a vital part of our Christian life.

April 28, noon – Taco Bar lunch fundraiser to help support the 12 children going to summer camp. Thank you for your contributions of more than $600 thus far. Our goal is to raise $948 more for camp fees.
Today we welcome Bill Pickens to share with us about the work of the Gideons. Special contributions for that ministry can be placed in the yellow envelop (in your bulletin) and given during the offering time.

The funeral service for Dave Mullet’s mother, Bess, was this past Friday. Continue to pray for Dave & Jan and their family as they experience this loss, and celebrate Bess’ life and faith.
Pray for those recovering from surgery, including Dave Beachy, Bill Johnson, and Brett Ford.
MCC invites you to join with others in the USA and Colombia to pray and take action for peace in Colombia.April 28 is theDay of Prayer to lift to God our Colombian brothers and sisters who endure great suffering and yet respond in faith and sow seeds of peace. April 29is the Day of Action to witness and call for U.S. policy to promote peace and justice in Colombia.

Margrit Kipfer Barrón of Mennonite Mission Network has a fruitful ministry among children and young adults in Bolivia. Pray for her as she searches for openings to share the good news of Jesus’ love with their mothers through monthly meetings that include a meal, meditation, and crafts. May these women become committed Christians.
