Job Title: Online (Website) Engagement Manager
Reports to: Head of Marketing & Product Development
Summary: Our fast growing and dynamic non-profit is seeking a full-time online expert to work on the Oxygen365.com website. The job will design and deliver strategic digital solutions that help grow traffic and engagement. Responsibilities:
Product Support:
· Work with R&D team to develop, implement, and grow online products as part of a blended learning model.
· Manage the website product at Oxygen365.com, creating and maintaining back-end functionality and front-end usability.
· Ensure that the email and text automation offered by our InfusionSoft software and supported by our offsite vendor, is implemented well, functioning properly, and providing customers with great communication.
· Assist content developers in online implementation of new products and in effective presentation that exceeds engagement goals.
· Work with outside software and hardware vendors to insure seamless code integration, API connections, up-time, and the back-end integrity of the website
· Report to management on the analytics associated with the website including Google Analytics, SumoMe–and make recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Support:
· Work with the Marketing team to grow Oxygen365.com by way of building traffic, maximizing engagement and increasing conversions.
· Guide marketing graphic designers and writers to create an excellent online user experience that looks great, is easy to use, and moves visitors ultimately to conversion.
· Support team by creating and implementing innovative marketing automation solutions on email and text notifications including upsell and cross sell strategies.
· Create and implement ideas with an eye toward research, development, testing and reiterating the successes—metrics driven decision-making.
· Innovate email list acquisition strategies. Become the company expert on database and its segmentation.
· Work with Marketing in creating email schedules, email design, lists, blasting and reporting on the results.
Operations Support:
· Work with Operations team to support their ownership of the online Event portal including functionality of the site and helping them exceed their registration goals.
· With the input of Operations, upload content and emails into the marketing automation system and make sure it functions properly.
· Provide advice to operations as to their implementation of brand standards on outward facing customer communications.
Skills Desired
· Software knowledge: Experience in WordPress, InfusionSoft, PhotoShop (image editing), Microsoft Office, and project management software (i.e. Basecamp)
· Communications expertise: Thorough knowledge of visual and written communications including key message, audience and purpose, and brand personality.
· Digital aptitude: Understand the tenets of social networking, and be confident in using digital tools for sharing digital imagery and video online.
· Strategic thinking: Understand the concepts of Goals, Objectives, Strategies, and Tactics to develop digital solutions that meet those concepts.
· Interpersonal communications: Able to forge relationships both face-to-face and digitally, and effectively collaborate and work with a variety of team members. Also understands and values collaboration in a creative business environment.
· Results oriented: Willing to take initiative to follow-up on the results, effectiveness and metrics associated with your work.
Essential Qualifications
· Experience: Must have least 3 years experience working in the management of a website.
· Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or digital oriented certificate is preferred.
