Topics:
- Projects are welcome that feature original research, innovation in family medicine, or quality improvement.
- Highly desirable projects include those focused on practice-based research, community-oriented and participatory projects, and descriptive studies
- Projects detailing quality improvement initiatives, clinical case studies, and literature reviews will be accepted if the author(s) generate original conclusions

This research or innovation project is now “in progress” – the project will not be completed by the date of the Research & Innovation Forum but investigators will present on the progress of the research. Projects in progress will be considered for poster presentations only.
Posters:
- Research, innovation, and quality improvement findings may be presented as posters
- Poster submissions require a PDF of the proposed poster OR an abstract

You will be notified by Monday, February 8, 2016 if your abstract or poster has been accepted for presentation. Accepted abstracts, presentation PowerPoint slides, and poster pdfs will be published on the MAFP website and in Forum materials. Written feedback will be provided for presenters.
Presentations
Each presenter will be given 15 minutes, followed by a 5 minute question and answer period. Please email PowerPoint slidesto y Wednesday, March 9, 2016or bring the presentation to the Forum on a usb drive. A schedule will be sent to presenters on February 15, 2016.
Registration
All presenters must register for the Forum. Medical students and residents receive complimentary registration. Registration is not discounted for other presenters. Registration will be available in early 2016.
