SSUE OF TENDER FOR TRANSPORT OF IMPORT SHIPMENT
SCOPE OF WORK: TRANSPORT of 1x40 HC FCL from Chennai CFS/ to customer premises at COIMBATORE (PUDUPALAYAM) . The total weight of the cargo inside the container is 24 MT approx.. . Return the empty container back to Chennai within 48 hours of release from the consignee.
VOLUME : 3 CONTAINERS IN SEPARATE SHIPMENTS ON VARIOUS DATES BETWEEN MAY 2017 TO JULY 2017. Note : this volume is indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
Note: Only transporters registered with our company should participate and should forward the quote on this tender document along with their covering letter. Offers from unregistered vendors will not be considered and their cases would be considered only for subsequent tenders after registration as vendors.
The drivers engaged should have valid driving licenses and the vehicles should have all documents like insurance, RC.,etc and the contracting firm is responsible for compliance of conditions of Motor Vehicles Act.
The Successful operator should be in a position to place the vehicle at a short notice and lift the container within 6 hours of intimation.
Company reserves the right to accept / reject the orders at its own discretion .The rates quoted should be valid till 31/05/ 2016 and if once accepted, no increase will be considered.
Payment: Will be made within 15 days from the date of submission of bill with proof of delivery.
