Instructions for Filing a Complaint:

usRS Complaints are auto-generated with information gathered from form fields online. This ensures both a compliant Complaint, and one that is uniform and easy to review, helping to reduce the cost and increase the speed of these cases. You can file online by going to and selecting ccTLDs from the Domains drop down at the top of the page.

Before you begin, please be sure you have read and fully understand the instructions below and the usRS Procedure as well as its accompanying Rules and the Forum’s Supplemental Rules. If you have procedural questions before you begin, please consult our FAQ section. If you cannot find the answer there, please contact us at . We cannot answer legal questions, or questions about filing strategy or what an Examiner might do.
