I agree to teach in: Program A: From July 9 to July 22 (2-week student program)
Program B: From July 9 to July 29 (3-week student program)
Program C: From July 15 to July 28 (2-week teacher program)
Program D: From June 23 to July 24 (4-week university
Student program)
I agree to accept: √ to teach 5-6 periods a day and 5-6 days a week with Sundays off and 2-3 hours of Chinese a week by the school only if the school has a teacher to teach and one or two tours of the local city or towns for each program
I agree to accept the salary of： RMB 3000yuan for Program A as the complete compensation
for the term of the contract
RMB 5000 yuan for Program B as the complete compensation
for the term of the contract
RMB 4000 yuan for Program C as the complete compensation
for the term of the contract
RMB 6000 yuan for Program D as the complete compensation

I agree to accept: Free camp cafeteria meals for Program A or C, or a possible meal subsidy of Rmb400 yuan for program A or C decided by the camp school.
Free camp cafeteria meals for the Program B， or a possible meal subsidy of Rmb600 yuan for program B decided by the camp school.
Free camp cafeteria meals for the Program D.
I agree to accept: √ The 2-3 free meals a day that will be provided by the school or accept the meal allowance provided (only if necessary). I realize the meal allowance is not a choice it is merely an alternative.
I agree to accept: √ The free (shared) accommodation near or inside the school grounds. In addition, I will agree to accept to pay RMB 180yuan per night for the unshared accommodation or pay RMB 90yuan per night for the (shared) accommodation provided two days before and after the program (in Hangzhou). I agree to be responsible for the room and board of my friends or family members who will accompany me (non-teaching staff).
I agree to responsible for: √ The cost of any additional expenses incurred in any hotel room that may be provided for me as part of the Summer Program (e.g. Internet, laundry, etc.). I fully understand that these services are not a part of the contract.
I agree to accept that: √ I will not be reimbursed for any expenses (e.g. using the Internet Bar ) or for any airfare to and from Hangzhou before or after the program.
I agree to be responsible for: √ the visa fee.
I agree to be responsible for: √ My own health insurance and my own safety during the program.
I agree to accept that: √ If I leave the program prior to the end of the contract (for personal reasons), I will compensate all the losses related thereto or find a substitute for myself.
I agree to accept: √ The confidentiality of the content of this contract between China TEFL Network and myself.
I agree to accept that: √ During the contract time, if I leave the teaching post without the permission (prior to the end of the program) my salary will be fully forfeited.
I agree to accept that: √ If I am reported, by the school or two thirds of the class, no qualified for the teaching, China TEFL Network reserves the right to dismiss me. Thus, my salary will be deducted according to the number of days left and I am willing to take all related loses.

Notes:
＊ Actual starting dates and the duration of the programs may change subject to the arrangement of different camp sites or host schools
＊ Candidates with Chinese bank card are welcome to inform CTN with the banking information after the contract is signed. Candidates from CTN base schools have no need to provide additional banking information as the payment will be paid into their SPD bank cards. Candidates from overseas without a valid Chinese bank account can either visit the company head office in Hangzhou to collect payment after the summer program is finished or to choose to be paid via West Union money transfer and receive the money world wide. Candidates who choose to be paid via West Union shall aware that money transfer charges will be applied to the payee.
＊ Candidate who has a valid residence permit is not required to have additional visa to be participating the summer program. Candidate who does not hold a valid Chinese visa will be required to apply a business visa to enter China. In that case, an invitation letter will be provided by CTN for the application. Other visa holders in China may enquiry CTN staff before coming to China.
＊ Chinese Taiping Accidental insurance will be purchased by CTN upon arriving of a candidate and normally will take effect on the next working day. Please note that this insurance covers only injury related to Accidents. Cost of hospitalization for sickness is the responsible of the candidate him/herself.
