Guidelines:
Nursery Education
In line with our admissions criteria, we provide fulltime nursery education for children the term after their 3rd Birthday. We also offer part time nursery places in our under 3’s to children who meet the child in need criteria. We offer 2 years old children who are eligible for 15 hours of free nursery education. To check whether your child is eligible visit;
Nursery Education is a free government funded entitlement and is paid directly to the school via the local authority funding system when a child begins nursery, the government fund directly 15 hours of nursery provision for children the term after they are 3. Hammersmith & Fulham local authority fund the additional hours to make up the cost of the full time place.
30 Hours Child Care Offer
Since 1st September 2017 the government are offering additional funding on top of the current 15 hours to children whose parents meet the criteria; to find out if your child may be eligible visit;
These additional hours are already incorporated into the term time full time places offered at Randolph Beresford.
Trips and outings, social events, forest school, cooking and gardening
The school covers all costs related to education activities in and outside of the classroom. We do, however suggest a contribution of £10 per child per term towards the costs of cooking and gardening resources.
Out of School Hours child Care
All additional hours of childcare must be paid for in full prior to your child attending.
At Randolph Beresford we offer additional, out of school hours childcare,
The breakfast club; 8am-9:15am is for Randolph Beresford Children attending the Nursery School (3-5’s) £3 per day
The after school Provision; 3pm-6pm is available for children attending Randolph Beresford’s Nursery school (3-5’s) and to children attending St John XX111 and Wormholt Primary School 3-5pm £6 3-6pm £8 per day
The holiday play scheme; during all school holidays apart from Christmas there is play scheme provision between 8am and 6pm8-9am £3, 9am-3pm £15, 3pm-5pm £8
Future planning for full day care for under 3’s
Our full day care will run from 8am to 6pm weekdays all year round except for a closure at Christmas. The cost of the day care is calculated at approximately £1083 per month although we are currently looking to reduce the costs if possible. There will also be part time places available either 2, 3 or 4 full days – please contact reception to enquire and register your interest.
