Functional Area: Endowments Management / Display Pool Activities Report
Purpose
Use this procedure to display a report of endowment funds pool holdings with associated fund information.
Trigger
Perform this procedure when you need to review the endowment funds pools holdings with associated fund information.
Prerequisites
None
Menu Path
Use the following menu path to begin this transaction:
  • EnterZEM into the Command field and click .
  • Select Basic FunctionsInformation SystemPool Activities Report to go to the EM-12 : Pool (A and B) Activities Report screen.

Procedure
1. / Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.
EM-12 : Pool (A and B) Activities Report

2. / As required, complete/review the following fields:

Company Code / Required / Organizational unit within Financial Accounting

Valuation Area / Required / In the financial subledger you can set up different valuation areas in order to value your financial transaction according to different accounting regulations

Product Type / Optional / The product type is used to subdivide a product category and classify the financial products as required. Examples: Securities: Stocks, Bonds

Valuation class / Optional / Code which helps identify a set of general ledger accounts will be updated based on valuation-relevant transactions

Pool ID / Optional / Security Class used to identify an endowment Pool.
Example:
APOOL
Principal Fund / Optional / A fund which holds the principal of an endowment; a fund which holds an asset. A grant, debt or other fund which holds cash may be considered a principal fund for the functional purposes of the Temporary Investment Pool . An endowment fund which holds cash will be considered a principal fund for the purposes of the General Investment Fund "A".

Sec. Acct Group / Optional / A grouping of securities accounts.

5. / Click until you return to the SAP Easy Access screen.
