our service had major problems obtaining larger orders, office depot failed to communication with us when stock was out of order or unavailable they also repeatedly misled us about when a delivery would take place, when the item was still out of stock. Account Manager seemed unaware of any of the problems until procurement service had to esculate (more than once- the problem on our behalf) It took 8 weeks to get a quote to get an answer for a quote of items requireing printingl,

As office depot are the same company (or own ) viking direct, I was a bit amazed at the variance of prices. I ordered a coin counting machine approx 2 years ago and office depot were over £100 more expensive then Viking Direct for the same & identical product. Take that into account from my first paragraph , I struggle to understand why ? Are we been taken for a ride in that companies think we are a cash rich council?
