- Developed the go-forward roadmap that enabled Supply Chain to better service its’ customer base for a utilities company. Responsible for all aspects of the business design and implementation as Project Director in Phase One and Lead Business Architect in Phase Two. The transformation program’s goal was to enable further optimization of the recently implemented SAP ERP system and included organizational, process and technology enhancements. Benefits included enhanced procurement capabilities through the use of SAP, increased account payable automation, better tracking of purchased materials and services, improved internal controls and implementation of process improvements linked back to the business requirements. Provided full visibility at an organization-wide level into company purchases through a comprehensive spend analysis, improved data integrity through the cleansing of master data, and the implementation of sourcing tools and capabilities to enable benefits to be realized on a sustainable basis.
- Business architect and procurement team lead responsible for the detailed listing of all Procurement, Logistics and Finance processes with identified business process gaps to the target software for a shared services healthcare supply chain organization. Part of a multi-disciplinary team that developed the design, implementation plan and budget of an SAP-based supply chain solution for a shared services company consisting of 12 healthcare organizations.
- Performed strategic assessment and business case for the development of the procurement e-marketplace solution for a shared services Education Supply Chain Organization. Developed the initial marketing plan, the business requirements for the e-procurement software, and the managed services to implement and host the platform. Continued to serve as the business advisor on overall business strategy and direction of the program and eMarketplace. Led the Supplier Enablement stream for the e-marketplace implementation.
- Led implementation of SAP SRM for a high tech manufacturing. Deployed to 3 continents, 5 countries, over 1300 users, 11 supplier catalogs, and 3 languages. Fully integrated system to SAP ERP backend, EDI P.O. invoicing. Solution included Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS).
