These interactive and practical workshops have been designed especially for the Farmer Owner/Manager/Supervisorto provide practical tips and tools which will help youbecome a better leader and more effective in the work place.

Succession PlanningPlanning for the younger generation to return to the farm or for the older generation to retire can be a complex issue on many farms. This workshop has been designed to get participants thinking about money, time, housing, communication, responsibility and farm involvement. Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and Divorce issues will also be discussed.
