Please address the following criteria on attached sheets (max. 3 pages - not incl. this cover page)

  • A creative rationale and innovative approach to dance making that has the potential to:
  • challenge conventions popular thinking (theatrical, physical, social, political, philosophical…etc)
  • provoke critical dialogue
  • be manifestly audacious
  • A well planned creative and production process
  • The significance of the impact the residency will have on the artists career development
  • Well planned proposed contributions to the Dancehouse program (eg. mentoring, workshops, exchangeswith local dance groups and educational institutions) suited to the artists skills and career stage

  • 1 page summary of biographical material for all artists

To be eligible, you must be a Dancehouse Member (or become one) and be an Australian resident for taxation purposes.
