We will follow UIL guidelines in regard to eligibility and schedule of games.
Number of Games:
No team or student shall compete in more than 10 games and two invitational or district tournaments. Two games may be substituted in place of a tournament. A scrimmage counts as one of the 10 games.
Number of Games Per Week:
One game or scrimmage may be played per calendar week. A tournament may be played in the same calendar week of a game.
Number of Tournament Games Per Day:
Contestants or teams shall play no more than two tournament games per calendar day, except contestants or teams may play in three games in a one-day tournament scheduled on a Saturday.
Season for Workouts and Games:
Schools shall have 86 consecutive calendar days to practice outside the school day and to complete scrimmages and games. The season can be held anytime during the school year, provided it does not exceed the number of consecutive calendar days listed above.
1.8th Grade games begin at 9:00 AM on Saturdays; 5:00 PM on weekdays, 7th Grade will play afterwards.
2.Coaches call to verify location and game time just in case of lights.
3.Games should be officiated by 2 certified officials (however we will play with one), Home Team will forfeit after 30 minutes if no official is on their way.
4.8th Grade 30 minute halves; 5 minute break.
5.7th Grade 25 minute halves; 5 minute break.
6.Tournaments are a two game guarantee.
7.In a Tournament game in case of a Tie, 3 Penalty Kicks will be given to each team in order to advance in the tournament bracket.
8.There will be no make-up games in case of bad weather or it other unforeseen circumstances arise.
9.Each Team will need to travel with their own soccer balls.
