Itinerary

Day 1 –

  • Morning departure from Brisbane on Virgin Australia
  • Afternoon arrival in Nadi, Fiji
  • Coach transfer to Denarau Wharf for the water taxi to Malolo Island
  • 7 nights accommodation at Malolo Island Resort in an ocean view bure with breakfast, lunch & dinner included

Day 1 – Day 7

  • Days at leisure to swim, snorkel or take a day trip which can be booked and paid directly to the resort

Day 8

  • Late morning transfer by catamaran to Denarau and coach to the airport
  • Mid afternoon departure to Nadi on Virgin Australia
  • Late afternoon arrival in Brisbane

Terms & Conditions:

Winner of the Fiji Prize incentive will be drawn on February 8 2017 at the Automotive Holdings Group (QLD) head office located at 1310, Logan Road, Mt Gravatt.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or additional discounts. Offer valid to private car buyers only, excludes fleet, government and rental buyers.

Guests must agree to Southern Cross Austereo’s Terms & Conditions and sign a full indemnity form as well as a waiver from Automotive Holdings Group stating that they have accepted the Fiji Prize Holiday in order to claim the prize.

Winners must be 18 years old or older.

It is the guest’sresponsibility to ensure they have a valid passport with at least 6 months expiry from the date of travel (March 18 – March 25, 2017)

Travel insurance is at each guest’s own expense and will not be supplied by Automotive Holdings Group (QLD) or Southern Cross Austereo.

Package is inclusive of the specified ‘Inclusions’ only, further incidentals are at guests own expenditure.

Guest names & details must be provided by the close date (February 13, 2017) on the booking form. Any changes to guest names or dates after this date will incur additional charges. This additional cost of these changes is the responsibility of the guest/s.

To be eligible for the trip guests must purchase a car from any Automotive Holdings Group (QLD) car dealership between January 18 & close of business January 21st 2017 and take delivery of their vehicle by COB January 31st 2017. Eligible dealerships include: Zupps Aspley Holden & HSV, Zupps Aspley Mitsubishi, Zupps Aspley Hyundai, Zupps Aspley Suzuki, Aspley Nissan, Aspley Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Zupps Beaudesert Holden, Nissan and Suzuki, Zupps Browns Plains Holden, Zupps Browns Plains Hyundai, Browns Plains Mazda, Zupps Mt Gravatt Holden & Suzuki, Zupps Mt Gravatt Mitsubishi & Peugeot, Zupps Mt Gravatt Subaru & Kia.

All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the offeror (Automotive Holdings Group & Southern Cross Austereo) is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

The offer may require booking and completing as specified by the offeror or by the offer provider. The offer is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel offer which are not expressly listed in the offer details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the travelling guests. Thetravelling guest (s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The travelling guest (s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed offer details must be approved in advance by the offeror (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the travelling guest (s).

All passports and travel information must be submitted for all guests travelling by 13 February 2017. Any changes to guest names or dates after 13 February 2017 will incur a change fee of $80 per person plus any airfare increase which could be up to $150 per person. Payment must be received from the client before any changes to the bookings can be made. This additional cost is the responsibility of the client.
