Vice President Plan
Daily receipt and sending of mail
We will receive your mail and place it in your “mail box”. You may call the receptionist if you are looking for a certain piece of mail and she will tell you if it has been received.
If you need an item mailed and want to email it to us for printing we can print, apply postage and mail. Postage + hourly secretarial fees apply.
If you receive freight, we will receive your shipment (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) and store it for you to pick up, or on arrangement store in our warehouse.
Fax receipt and transmission. These will be handled like mail. The charge is $1.00 for the first page, $.50 per additional page to send or receive. Secretarial fees may apply if you need assistance getting something from a file or typing it.
Telephone Lines
A business telephone line and telephone number will be supplied and billed at $30 per line per month. This is a VoIP phone system with no long distance charges applied.
This phone system has the ability to have your caller dial 2 to reach your cell phone, and can be programmed a number of different ways.
Virtual Office Tenants
This service is $120 per month and includes receipt of mail, a telephone number which comes into our phone system, but is routed to your own phone line outside of the office. Receptionist services are available separately for $30 per month for 10 calls, $60 per month for 20 calls, and $90 per month for 30 calls. Services exceeding this amount will be discussed. Your line will be professionally answered and the caller will be handled as a customer and information given with regards to your business, the location and your availability. This is very helpful to contractors and professionals who do not want to be interrupted but need the public to be treated in a professional manner by someone capable of answering questions. For example a realtor might have the receptionist make appointments to show properties. A CPA might have a client calling in to confirm an appointment or get driving directions.
The Virtual Office Tenant would also have access to use a “Day Office” for meeting with clients by reserving the day office or conference room in advance. Price is $20 per hour, or $80 per day.
The Virtual Office Tenant would have the following services
· Use of our address on letterhead and business cards
· Use of our address for place of business for legal purposes
· Use of our address for receipt of service of process
· Use of our address for receipt of mail and freight
· Use of our address for advertising purposes
· Use of a specific telephone number assigned to you, if needed, additional fees apply
· Use of a Day Office or conference room as needed, additional fees apply
· Availability of additional staff services, i.e. bookkeeping, secretarial, property management, maintenance, and IT.
The goal of Easton Business Center is to capitalize on the building, technology and infrastructure, telephone system, Virtual Private Network and employees it has to offer space and services to its business customers to save them money without duplicating what we have. It is a co-op concept. Why take on overhead when you can rent ours.
If you are considering downsizing your company or just want it to operate more efficiently with less expense and fewer interruptions, you should consider this concept.
Testimonial from a customer:
I am a professional who owns my own company. I found that I could not work on the projects that made me money because when I was in the office with my employees they were always interrupting me. I was either answering their questions, they were visiting with me and each other, or my attention was pulled away from my work because they were in my space.
Now my phones are answered by a professional receptionist, and each caller’s question is either answered or they are put through to my voice mail. If it is a customer I want to speak to they have the option of pressing 2 and being connected to my cell phone. If it is a client I really want to talk to, the follow me function on the incredible phone system tracks me down and reaches me wherever I am. This remarkable feature means I never miss the big client’s call and I don’t get bothered by the telemarketers.
I work from my home and love it. I can work without interruption and save time on the commute and dressing for the office. The money I am saving is tremendous as well, but the most wonderful part is I am never interrupted unless I choose to be.
I was able to let go of 2 employees, my receptionist and my bookkeeper. The savings on salary, taxes and worker’s comp was unbelievable. I now get better, more professional services than ever.
If you are tired of employees and interruptions give this a try. I know I am glad I did.”

Testimonial from a customer:
I am a CPA and like to work from home; however I meet my clients in the office by appointment only. I like the receptionist service because my clients can drop off their items and they are given to me when I come in. The office also has a delivery service that will deliver to my home and pick up items for delivery elsewhere in the City.
The main thing I like about the Virtual Office system is that I use one of their VoIP phones with “My Assistant” software and I can track my telephone conversations for billable hours. This is very helpful to me at the end of a call or the end of a day for billing purposes.
Because I only meet with the clients at the office occasionally, I utilize a Day Office and book all my appointments with the clients for the same day. It is amazing how much time has been cut from my time spent with clients because of this more efficient way of handling their tax return.
By the way, the receptionist is a God Send. Before I had this, clients would get me on the phone and burn 30 minutes just visiting with me, and then be furious when I billed them. This way I never answer my phone and get side-tracked from the real job I do that produces my income… tax returns.
