Work experience :
Four years’ experience as QA/QC engineer at EPC Projects .
-Inspection fabrication and erection of storage tanks according API 650 (main client CEPC ( Cairo Electric Production Company .)) .
-Inspection fabrication and erection of stainless steel pipeline according AWS D1.1 (Arab Contractors. ) .
- Inspection fabrication of multi-media filters according ASME SEC VIII
(Main client the Algerian ministry of water resources. ) . From July 2010 till August 2012
- Review of all QA/QC Procedures and documentation.
- inspect of received material according material specification and make (MRR)
- Prepare an inspection and test plan (ITP), review applicable welding procedure specifications (WPS) and forward to client QA for review/approval, review welding activities with respect to fit-up, Monitor welder performance before, during and after welding activities.
Arrange for NDE for completed weld as per ITP. Review and witness for hydro test.
-Review surface preparation for painting , inspect coating thickness ( DFT) also
Review and witness for holiday test.
- Avoid any NCR and if existing close it by taking correction actions
