You must also have one core teacher complete the attached Teacher Recommendation. The teacher’s recommendation is confidential, so the teacher will return it in to Ms. Tuma separately. You will turn in the application separately. Remember to give your teacher enough time to fill out the recommendation form. Your application will be considered incomplete if the teacher recommendation is missing. Both the application and the recommendation are due Wednesday March 15, 2017, to Ms. Tuma (B-14) or in her mailbox in the front office of Vera C. O’Leary Middle School.
