The Mount Calm Independent School District Board of Trustees met in regular session May 18, 2015 in the Mount Calm High School Library at 7:05p.m. The following members were present: Lupe Martinez,Michelle Barott, Paul Pick, and Regina Kraayvanger. Superintendent Barbara Lane, Bookkeeper Kristi Hawkins, and Principal Angie Nors were also present.
A quorum was established.
Canvassing of the May 9 Board Election was held.
No action taken.
A motion was made by Michelle Barott, with a second by Paul Pick to approve the canvass of the May 9 election.
The vote was 4 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
New board members were to sign a Statement of Elected/Appointed Officers and Oaths of Office were to be administered, this was tabled due to new members not being able to attend.

Reorganization of the board was held:
*A motion was made by Paul Pick, with a second by Regina Kraayvanger to approve Michelle Barott as President.
The vote was 4 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
*A motion was made by Michelle Barott, with a second by Lupe Martinez to approve Paul Pick as Vice President.
The vote was 4 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
*A motion was made by Michelle Barott, with a second by Lupe Martinez to approve Regina Kraayvanger as Secretary.

A motion was made by Michelle Barott, with a second by Regina Kraayvnagerto approve the minutes of the April 20, 2015 meeting.
