Sputter coater / Standard specimens and Specimen preparation kit
Sputter coater system should be able to sputter samples with carbon and gold for SEM examination with all necessary rotary pump, starter kit for sample preparation, list of spares, power requirements.
(Input): 230V AC, 50/60Hz and necessary requirements and consumables for minimum one year when ever required.
Along with the coater, 2 nos of extra Gold-Palladium targets and 2 meter of carbon fiber should be provided. STEM grid, Carbon Tapes-50 meters, Holey carbon coated copper grids-200 Nos and plasma cleaner to be provided.

The power requirements and gas requirements of sputter coater must be mentioned in the bid/offer.
