Job Description:
The Pro Football Hall of Fame is seeking a digital marketing and social media professional. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this candidate will proactively drive digital/socialfan engagement, activate digital marketing initiatives, and coordinate general marketing initiatives. All marketing initiatives are done with the goal of driving conversions and revenue for museum attendance, ticket sales, membership sales, hospitality event bookings, etc. This person will track, report, and analyze corresponding data to understand the reach and effectiveness of each initiative to optimize our strategies to better achieve the Hall of Fame's goals. The Executive Vice President will provide long term strategy and coordination with social, digital, and web teammates.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with EVP on long-term strategies and coordinate with social media and editorial group
  • Work with Director of Sales & Marketing to conceptualize, develop, and implement digital advertising, promotion, and social media campaignsto generate new leads for ticket sales, membership sales, event/meeting bookings, etc.
  • Use advanced social media targeting and conversion techniques to acquire new fans and followers through organic posts
  • Follow trends and enhancements on all social media platforms
  • Further develop, grow, maintain and leverage Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) marketing initiatives and hashtag keyword strategies
  • Tap into social conversations on a daily basis
  • Generate and compile in-depth analytics for all campaigns
  • Maintain and update the PFHOF’s profile on all major digital media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Yelp, YP, etc.)
  • Coordinate the weekly sales and marketing email to our database
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external digital agencies and partners
  • Update the PFHOF website for sales and marketing as needed such as uploading ads, adding events to the event calendar, etc.
  • Responsible for maintain all marketing calendars
  • Work closely with VP of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales & Marketing, Graphic Designer & Web Coordinators on a daily basis

EDUCATION, work experience and personal qualification required or preferred

Education:
Degrees: Bachelor’s
Preferred area of concentration:marketing, digital media, sports management, business, communication, sales, or other related fields
Work Experience:
  • 1-2+ years of digital marketing and social media experience for a business or agency
  • Experience and success in developing and building a digital media presence
Personal qualifications:
  • Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities quickly
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, synthesize, summarize, and present data
  • Familiar with tracking, analytics, and reporting including Google Analytics
  • Small group collaboration and experience presenting analytics
  • Strong communication skills (written) and a positive attitude are a must
  • Strong customer service focus: project positive, helpful attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Exceptional work ethic and self-starter with strong desire to succeed
