The Feros by Wesley King

Meet the Villians-In-Training: How would you change or add to these profiles?

James Renwick (The Gladiator)
Age: 14
Mentor: The Torturer
Power: Super Strength
Profile: James is a leader who doesn’t know it yet. He’s sarcastic, curious, and the world’s biggest fan of the League of Heroes. He’s also the target of the vast majority of Hayden’s quips, much to his chagrin. He’s always dreamed of being a superhero, and he finally has his chance…sort of.

Emily Lau (Black Arrow)
Age: 14
Mentor: Rono
Power: None
Profile: Emily is the group’s resident genius. She’s incredibly sharp, observant, and matter-of-fact. She pulls no punches and tells it like it is. She is the only protégé who receives no superpowers, and instead relies on weaponry and her mastery of technology.

Hayden Lockwood (the Hand)
Age: 16
Mentor: Leni
Power:Telekinesis
Profile: Hayden is a loveable jerk (not always loveable). He’s witty, alternately charming and despicable, and rather clever. He also comes from a broken family and may be a bit more compassionate than he lets on. He quickly becomes one of the most powerful protégés.

Lana Hunter (Lynx)
Age:15
Mentor: Avaria
Power:Super Strength and Agility
Profile: Lana is a popular girl who never quite fit in. She’s empathetic, intuitive, and practical. She’s a strong girl who cries, and a voice of reason. She is also the first protégé to learn the true price of her powers.

Sam Bennett (Kid Kinetic)
Age: 11
Mentor: Sliver
Power: Telepathy
Profile: Sam is the youngest protégé, and the smallest. He’s compassionate, timid, and the most fearful of the group. He is also fiercely devoted to his friends, and begins to develop powers to rival even his mentor. It soon becomes clear that he will have a big role to play in the future of the group.
