SPONSOR AGREEMENT 2015-2016
The Damascus High School Athletic Booster Club is proud to offer sponsorship opportunities to the community and area businesses. These sponsorships are very important to the success of our students and athletic programs at Damascus High School (DHS). Funds raised from this program provide the students at DHS with great facilities and equipment. Sponsorship fees include having your company name on a banner hung at school, your company name announced during football games and an “Express Pass” for the concession stand during football games. This fee includes the cost of the first year’s banner. Subsequent banners made due to change in logos, etc. will be charged to the sponsor. Below is a description of each sponsorship level. Please check the level you wish to participate.
______$500.00 Indoor Gym Banner – Banner hung in the gym during the entire school year.
______$750.00 Outdoor Banner – Sponsor banner will be hung at the stadium field during the fall season and the sponsor’s name will be announced twice during the football game. In addition, during the spring season the sponsor’s banner will be hung at one of the following fields: (check one below)

______$1,000.00 Indoor and Outdoor Banner – All the benefits above plus reserved parking pass (gravel lot) during the fall season and two annual passes.
$1,400.00 HORNET LEVEL SCOREBOARD SPONSOR - “Permanent” Ad panel on the lower portion of the stadium scoreboard for all stadium events for the entire academic school year. This level includes all of the above benefits and the sponsor name will be announced four times during football games. Limited availability - current Hornet Level Sponsors have first right of refusal. Please email if you are renewing your agreements. Damascus High School (DHS) reserves the right to terminate this agreement at anytime. If DHS terminates the agreement, the sponsor will receive a pro-rated refund. If you are interested in sponsoring the DHS Athletic Booster Club, please complete and return this form by Tuesday, August 18 to DHS Athletic Booster Club, P.O.
