Accommodation Information

The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, Pennsylvania is the most advanced university- based conference facility in the United States. Rooms have been reserved at a special rate for those attending this seminar. Hotel fees are not included with the seminar registration fee. Each seminar attendee is responsible for securing his/her own hotel accommodations.

Don't forget to mention that you are attending the PA Statewide Conference 2015 Meeting, GROUP CODE # PASI15A in order to qualify for the special discount. Room rates are $125/single and $135/double. Rooms will be released to the general public after Sept 1, 2015 at 12:01 A.M. Please reserve your room early.

$300 Conference Registration

A refund less a $50.00 service fee will be permitted with a (30) thirty day advance notice. The deadline for advance notice will be Sept. 1, 2015. Individuals may cancel and send a substitute after the 30-day period, or forfeit their registration fee.

CEUs

AHRMM and ISM CEUs have been applied for. Please note that CEUs will only be available for those individuals who participate in the entire program and certificates will be presented at the close of the meeting on Friday. Consideration will be given to those who register for the "Thursday-One Day" sessions and who attend the entire day.

Directions

University Park (Borough of State College) is located in the geographical center of Pennsylvania, just south of the Bellefonte Exit of 1-80 (Exit 24). The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel is accessible via the following directions:

FROM NEW YORK CITY AND THE EAST: Take 1-80 W

in PA to Exit 161 (Bellefonte). Follow PA 26 S to US 220

S, and take Exit 74 for Innovation Park/Penn State University. Stay in the lane of the exit and follow the sign for Innovation Park. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto the Park Avenue extension, and turn left at the stop sign onto Innovation Boulevard. The hotel is on the right.

FROM PHILADELPHIA: Take PA Turnpike/I-76 W to Exit

247 (Harrisburg East), and follow signs for the next 15 miles to Route 322 West. Take 322 W past Lewistown toward State College (staying on 322 W at Boalsburg) and take the Penn State University/Innovation Park Exit. Turn left at the stoplight, and follow signs for Innovation Park Exit A directly to the hotel in Innovation Park.

FROM THE WEST: Take 1-80 E in PA to Exit 161 (Bellefonte). Follow PA 26 S to US 220 S, and take Exit 74 for Innovation Park/Penn State University.
