To capture more attention with your tweet and not be limited to the 140-character count, follow the instructions below tocustomize a tweetable graphic.

  1. Start by choosing the safety and health program core element below that you would like to tweet about.
  2. Click on the text box in the speech bubble and type in yourcustom message. Adjust the font size to fill the speech bubble as needed. Don’t forget to remove the yellow highlighting from the text.
  3. To save your Twitter graphic, hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and select the graphic and the text box within it.
  4. With these images selected,right click, and select copy.
  5. Right click again and select Picture under Paste Options. See the second screenshot to the right.
  6. Once the combined graphic appears in your Word document, right-click the graphic, and select Save as Picture. Then, save it to your computer as your preferred file type (e.g., JPG, PNG, GIF).
  7. Now your custom Twitter graphic is ready to tweet!
