Your new puppy is guaranteed to be virus free for three business day from the date the puppy is received. Although we have done everything we can to prevent these things, parasites,Coccidia & Giardia are a common problem in animals, especially young puppies and can be treated;therefore they are excluded from this guarantee. A visit with your own vet within three business days is recommended, including a fecal exam to confirm the health of your puppy and establish a relationship with him/her right from the start. Puppies receive first vaccinations at 6 weeks old, you will be responsible for vaccinations/deworming at 9, 12 and 15 weeks. Until completed your puppy should not come in contact with public or puppies/dogs outside of your home. Deworming’s have been done at 3,4,6 weeks. (If parasites are found, treatment is the purchaser’s responsibility.) We offer Training and Boarding Services as needed.

Your puppy has a guarantee that hips/elbows will not receive a grade of mild, moderate or severe for Hip Dysplasia from the OFA at 24 months of age or we will apply the full purchase price of your puppy toward the price of a replacement puppy of your choice from a future litter. ( Replacement puppy will be provided when available, within 12 months of notification.) If the replacement puppy has a higher adoption fee, you will be responsible for the difference/lower adoption fee no refund will be given. Replacement puppy will be considered final; no guarantee will be given . OFA Certification must be completed before 25 months of age.

To qualify for a replacement puppy with our 26 month guarantee, all of the following must be met: (No Exceptions)

  • Dog has been registered with the AKC using the Cedar Creek prefix.
  • Dog has been permanently identified with a microchip. ______

  • You received a statement from the OFA that your dog received a grade of mild, moderate or severe Hip Dysplasia.
  • Dog has never been bred, even if puppies were not born or were not registered if produced.
  • There must be no signs of injury, abuse, neglect, dog is not overweight, underweight, been used in agility, jumping or over exercised during their growth period of 24 months.
  • We will only honor digital x-rays to be submitted to OFA for evaluation. Please ask your vet for a cd copy of the x-rays so they can be sent to us at

*Full Registration/Breeding rights will be considered only upon completion of good OFA/ Health Clearances and 24 mo. of age, additional fee applies.

* If at any time during your dogs life you are unable to keep him/her, there is no transfer of ownership permitted, it is agreed the dog/AKC Reg./Records will be returned to us to keep/rehome; no replacement or refund will be given.
