ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEARLY LABELLED WITH THE CHILD’S NAME
Bedding should be packed in a strong dustbin liner (or similar) that is labelled with the child’s name. Everything else should be in a suitcase with a maximum depth of 28cm (11ins) so that it can fit under the bed. Deep wheeled modern suitcases are too bulky for the coach and the bedrooms. Please do not tie the suitcase and dustbin liner together!
Children need a packed lunch and a drink (in a re-usable bottle) for the first day, carried in a small rucksack.
Pocket money is a maximum of £____ a day (we suggest £2 to £3 a day depending on your activities)

Notes for party leader:
All staff have fully made up beds and therefore do not require a sleeping bag or pillow case. Some children may need travel pills and they should take these at home and have pills to hand in for the return and other journeys.
