OPEN TENDERING PROCEDURE

for project implementation:

”Building of bicycle roads on district roads: ER 6 “Liczyrzepa” and ER 2 “Dolina Bobru”

The scope of works:

The main task of project is: “Building bicycle roads on district roads: ER 6 Liczyrzepa and ER2 “Dolina Bobru” (roads No: 12-527, 12-503, 12-119, 12-120; total length 16 km).

Participation

Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the member states of the European Union or Phare beneficiary countries. Goods used for the implementation of the project must originate in the above states.

Financing of the works

The works are financed by European Union under Phare Cross Border Co-operation Programme Poland – Germany 2000 and the Employer’s funds.

Obtaining of tender documents and information

Interested tenderers may obtain further information and purchase set of the tender documents at the address given below from 28 February 2003 to 07 April 2003 on working days between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 pm upon a certificate of payment of a non-refundable amount of PLN 75,00 + VAT 22%:

Tender bond

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond of 32.000,00 in PLN (in words: thirty two thousand PLN). Tender bond should be submitted in accordance with “Instructions to Tenderers”.
